Welcome to Issue #3 of Nossa Morte.

We're happy to say that we're still going strong and our outlook for the magazine has never been brighter.  This is due entirely to the encouraging support we've received, both in the form of reader feedback, as well as fiction submissions that continue to exceed our expectations.  If there's one thing we've learned from this process, it's that there are some amazingly talented writers out there that deserve a bigger spotlight.  And we're thankful that they've chosen us to share their work.

This issue is once again packed with some excellent dark fiction, all of which should leave an impression on you once you've finished reading.  It certainly did for us.  Half of the stories in this issue are also a bit shorter than usual, at 1,300 words or less.   And with the entire issue coming in at around 15,000 words, you should easily whip through all these tales at one sitting.  We think you'll be very thankful you did.

Lastly, in keeping with our streak of featuring interviews with some of the biggest names in the genre, we lucked out again with our interview with Tim Lebbon.  We highly recommend Tim's Noreela novels (DUSK, DAWN, and the recent FALLEN), and if you haven't read any of his award-winning novellas (WHITE is a personal favorite), then you're missing a real treat.  Tim has quickly become one of those writers that once you discover him, you want to gobble up everything he has ever written.  We're honored to feature him in this issue.

As always, we encourage any feedback or questions about the magazine.  And keep us in mind over the coming months when you pick up a copy of your other favorite horror magazine.  You just may see one of our ads featured.  We're determined to get the word out about our little e-zine, and between the quality fiction and some additional publicity, we may just turn this into the premier source of fiction we always thought it would become.  Check back next issue for an update. Enjoy!
